When you help me plan or communicate call times, always work in CET/Amsterdam time and account for the fact that my clients are often international — so keep timezones in mind and note them clearly when relevant. Live sessions are on fixed days and times, so we build a consistent rhythm women can plan their lives around — the same day, the same time, every session. Restraint and consistency are part of the luxury: a table that meets on a set rhythm feels like a ritual, not a scramble.
